1)  Describe your role with Epicure.
I am one of the Bilingual Customer Experience Representatives and help both our French and English speaking Consultants. As Epicure has about 16,000 Consultants across Canada we are there to offer them support. On a daily basis I take calls from both the Customer Experience and the Ingredient Hotlines.
