Team Highlight: Customer Experience

Customer Experience Manager Darren

Customer Experience is the outstretched hand of Home Office. From friendly greetings at reception to knowledgeable answers to questions, CE is there to support our Customers and Consultants.

Our team works in French and English to support our Consultants by answering questions over the phone, through email, or in our chat rooms. It’s joked around the office that CE needs to know the Epicure Business Opportunity as well as (or better than) our Consultants and they prove it when answering questions on how the business works, entering orders, navigating the Consultant website, setting up banking information, commission levels and compensation.

When not dealing directly with Consultants, the CE Team spends large parts of their day processing orders, helping generate Provincial Consultant licenses, handing replacement and returns orders, and working closely with FedEx to make sure deliveries arrive at their correct destination. They also brush up on the latest promotions and product knowledge so they can answer frequently asked questions on product allergens and cookware specifications.

The true strength of the CE Team lies with their connection with the Consultants. At conventions, summits and Home Office visits, our Consultants are always excited to meet the faces that support them in their everyday business. It’s not uncommon to have a Consultant pop online just to wish members of the CE Team ‘good morning’ or to thank them for dealing with a previous day’s challenge.

Kudos to a team who goes above and beyond in helping thousands of women across Canada succeed in their businesses!
